 Sold by the ¼ , ½,3/4, or full cow. Each ¼ is a split side which means you get all the cuts.

 Your ¼ will be processed to your specifications! i.e. thickness of steaks, size of hamburger packages, roast size, etc.

 Pricing                               $1.75  lb/ hanging weight + $0.40lb /processing

Since each animal weighs a different amount pricing is done by the hanging weight. Hanging weights on our animals range between 600-1000 pounds. (hanging weight is after the animal is dressed out)

 Actual yield in your freezer will be less than the hanging weight due to bone, fat, and your cutting orders.  Yields range from 60% to 75% of hanging weight.

 For Example: Waldo the cow’s hanging weight is 890. One quarter of that is 222.50 lbs.

So 222.50 x $1.75 = $389.38 for the meat + 222.50 x $0.40 = $89 for processing  =  $478.38 Total

Waldo’s yield in the freezer could be from 133.5 lbs to 166 lbs per quarter.

 Terms:   $100 deposit with balance due on delivery.

 After we have a full animal sold we can then send it off to be processed. Soon after that you will need to call the processor for your cutting instructions and we’ll know the hanging weight and therefore the price.

We have our beef aged for 14 days for increased flavor and tenderness. After that it is cut, wrapped, and quick froze. We then will make arrangements with you for your home delivery date. This whole process can take up to a couple months.
