We have been offering internships since 2005. We really enjoy teaching anyone who wants to learn about small-scale sustainable farming. Through the years we have had many people who have spent the summer learning and growing with us. Some have gone on to start their own farms or managing community gardens. Other former interns have used the experience as a catalyst for changing how they see food, farming, and health. Either way we are happy to have the opportunity to teach and change lives.
Our internships can be full or part time with a minimum stay of 3 months. Our teaching is mostly hands-on experience, with some "classroom" time, and field trips. Monthly stipends, lots of produce, and on-farm housing is available.
If you are interested in exploring the possibilities more, please don't hesitate to contact us or send in our application!
